HeartThe Victoria Heart House is designed as a Bed & Breakfast accommodation intended to be your home away from home and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house provides a friendly, non-smoking, supportive and relaxing atmosphere.

The Victoria Heart House has served the needs of spouses and families of patients undergoing Cardiovascular Corrective surgery in Victoria since 1983.

The Victoria Heart House is bright and modern, with a large living room, dining room and kitchen, and six guest bedrooms, each with twin beds. The surroundings are comfortable and pleasant and the house also has an outdoor patio and garden.

The Victoria Heart House, a dream of Dorothy and Jim McDonald since 1983, finally came true with the completion of the permanent Heart House in December, 1988.

On January 17, 1989 Heart House was officially opened by the premier and dedicated to the people of British Columbia.

To get to The Victoria Heart House

When entering Victoria from the Island Highway, travel south on Douglas Street to Hillside Avenue. Turn left onto Hillside, travel east one block and turn right onto Blanshard. Travel south to Bay St., turn left onto Bay St. and travel east 2 Km. to Shakespeare. Turn right onto Shakespeare and continue south for two blocks to Pembroke. Heart House is on the corner of Pembroke and Shakespeare.

Single/ $52.50 /night; Double $70/Night; Family $85,  plus GST.
